🎁 Gifts Boxed Clever – Returns & Refund Policy
We want you (and your lucky gift recipient!) to be delighted with your order from Gifts Boxed Clever. Every box is packed with care and sustainability at heart. That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t go quite to plan. Here’s everything you need to know.
🌿 Change of Mind / Non-Faulty Items
We accept returns for most, non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item if you’d like to return it.
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund (excluding original delivery costs) within 5 working days.
🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned
Due to the nature of some of our gift box contents, we’re unable to accept returns on:
- Perishable goods, such as food or anything with a short shelf life
- Sealed items (like skincare, soap or bath products) that have been opened
- Gift boxes that have been partially used or tampered with
💔 Faulty or Damaged Items
We’re so sorry if something arrives damaged or faulty — we’re human, but we’ll always make it right.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging.
- We’ll offer a replacement, credit, or full refund, including postage — whichever works best for you.
📦 Returns Process
- Email us at box@boxedclever.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll confirm if your return is eligible and provide instructions.
- Package items securely and send via a tracked service, we recommend keeping proof of postage.
